At Smoknic, we are dedicated to providing high-quality vaping products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    •    Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    •    Be in the original packaging.
    •    Include a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take a few days to process, depending on your payment provider.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned:

    •    Opened or used vaping liquids.
    •    Disposable vaping devices that have been used.
    •    Clearance or final sale items.
